Job summary

Fanatics Supervisor, Vault Operations in Tigard, OR oversees daily vaulting, inventory, and fulfillment for the Fanatics Collectibles platform. The role provides frontline supervision to ensure accurate, efficient execution and adherence to service levels.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with authentication and logistics partners, monitoring KPIs, and supporting training and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics environments.
• Prior experience leading or supporting frontline teams.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or fulfillment systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good to work in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across vaulting, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound collectibles.
• Monitor KPIs (accuracy, turnaround time, throughput) and escalation issues as needed.
• Assign tasks and provide day-to-day direction to operations staff.
• Support onboarding and training to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues; elevate complex challenges.
• Coordinate with partners (authentication, logistics, customer experience).
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
