Job summary

Alt is building its Vault operations to support end-to-end management of sports cards at its Delaware vault facility. As an Inventory Associate, you will receive, store, digitize, catalog, and ship inventory while collaborating with product and data teams to optimize vaulting processes.

This onsite role requires hands-on work, a minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced operations environment, and a preferred Bachelor's degree. Bonus points for SQL, Excel, or data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume operational, B2B or logistics support environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage effectively, set goals, and maintain very high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, hands-on problem solver who challenges status quo.
• Bonus: degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
• Bonus: SQL, Excel or data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end operations of intake, outtake, and vaulting processes.
• Receive, digitize, catalog, and ship inventory.
• Develop process and system improvements for vaulting execution.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to test new solutions.
• Help drive the future Vault experience with customer support teams.
• Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
