Job summary

Alt is seeking an Inventory Associate to elevate vault operations—receiving, storing, and shipping sports cards—at our Delaware vault. This is a second-shift onsite role (3PM–11PM) supporting end-to-end inventory flow.

You'll work with Central Operations, Account Management, and Product teams to build efficient vaulting processes that scale with Alt’s growth. A Bachelor's is preferred; SQL/Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• 2+ years in a high-volume operational or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and goal orientation.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Bonus: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Bonus: SQL, Excel, or data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end vault operations including intake, cataloging, storage, and outbound shipping.
• Receive, digitize, catalog, and ship sports cards.
• Develop and implement improvements to vaulting processes and systems.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to test and refine solutions.
• Advance the Vault experience in partnership with the customer support team.
• Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

As an Inventory Associate, you'll focus on taking our inventory management to the next level of operational excellence. You will be responsible for everything related to Vault operations: receiving, storing, and shipping out. The Vault is the physical backbone of Alt’s portfolio management & Exchange platform, and your team will be responsible for safely managing our most valuable assets.

Vaulting is a differentiated service offering to customers and is an independent revenue stream to Alt. You will work closely with other members of the Central Operations, Account Management, and Product teams to build and optimize vaulting processes, drive efficiencies, and directly contribute to the growth of the company.

Please note we are looking for Inventory Associates for our Second Shift: 3PM-11PM

The impact you will make:

• Ensure the seamless end-to end operations of the intake, outtake, and vaulting processes
• Directly facilitate the receiving, digitization, cataloging, and shipment of all sports cards
• Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution for vaulting
• Work directly with our internal product and data teams and to continually implement and test new solutions
• Drive forward the future vision of the Vault experience with our customer support team
• Engage with multiple levels of internal & external stakeholders

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a high-volume and fast-paced operational, B2B or logistics support environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage effectively, set goals, super high attention to detail, and enjoys challenging situations
• Self motivated with a deep affinity for problem solving, always challenging the status quo and never settling for how something ‘has always been done’
• Always willing to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on
• Bonus Points if you have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics / Manufacturing or a related discipline
• Bonus Points if you have technical skills in SQL, Excel and/or Data visualization

This role is performed onsite in Alt’s Vault facility and requires regular participation in hands‑on warehouse operations. The following requirements represent the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts
• Ability tofrequently lift, carry, push, and pull inventory and materials as part of daily operations
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to access inventory stored at varying heights
• Ability to manually handle, inspect, and package inventory with a high degree of care and attention to detail
• Ability to safely use ladders, shelving systems, carts, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines

Work Environment:

• Work is conducted in a warehouse and vault environment, which may include concrete flooring & moderate noise levels.
• Tasks may involve repetitive motions and sustained focus to ensure accuracy and asset protection
• Adherence to all safety, security, and operational procedures is required at all times

Scheduling & Attendance:

• This is an onsite role based at Alt’s Vault location in Delaware
• Reliable and consistent attendance is required to support operational continuity
• Schedule flexibility may be required during periods of increased volume or operational demand

Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 Yearly
