Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Operations Department. This role supports intake, curation, and logistics for high-value assets, reporting to the Operations Manager. It focuses on accuracy, timely processing, and vault integrity in a fast-paced collectibles environment.

You will work cross-functionally across Imaging, Ingestion, and Logistics to ensure smooth asset flow, inventory accuracy, and quality control for consignments and auctions.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or asset management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and curation of collectibles, including titling assets using Fanatics standards.
• Review, organize, and archive assets for vault storage.
• Prepare assets for auction listings, including image/video review.
• Re-sticker archival keys and transfer items between locations as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-authentication processes (imaging, video, review).
• Support Imaging, Raw Card Ingestion, and Logistics teams.
