Job summary

Alt Platform Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate for our Delaware vault facility on the Second Shift (3PM-11PM). You will manage inventory intake, storage, digitization, cataloging, and shipping of sports cards, ensuring precise, end-to-end vault operations.

You’ll collaborate with product and data teams to implement improvements and support cross-functional objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 2 years in a fast-paced operational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume operational, B2B or logistics support environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage effectively, set goals, and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, vaulting, and outtake operations to ensure end-to-end accuracy.
• Directly handle receiving, digitization, cataloging, and shipping of inventory.
• Propose process and system improvements to elevate vaulting execution.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to test and implement new solutions.
• Support customer-facing vault experience and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
