Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Relic Inventory Associate I to receive, document, inventory, and transact memorabilia pieces through the manufacturing process. The role emphasizes accuracy for auditing and financial purposes, with a passion for sports, culture, and entertainment a strong fit.

You will work with Oracle Fusion, AirTable, and our relic ingestion tool, perform cycle counts, support SOX controls, and collaborate across partnerships, finance, and operations to keep inventory secure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Accounting/finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, open and sort mail to prep inventory into Oracle Fusion.
• Use AirTable to gather invoices and validate costing with Partnerships and Finance.
• Maintain accurate records across AirTable inventory bases.
• Ship packages domestically and internationally.
• Validate Letters of Authenticity and assist with authentication.
