Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is hiring a Relic Inventory Associate I to receive, document, inventory, and transact memorabilia pieces as they move through manufacturing. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for audit and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities include using Oracle Fusion and AirTable to track inventory, validate invoices, and support SOX compliance, while handling domestic and international shipments and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Accounting/finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, open and sort mail to prep material for Oracle ingestion.
• Use AirTable to gather invoices and validate costing with Finance.
• Maintain accurate records across AirTable inventory bases.
• Ship packages domestically and internationally.
• Validate Letters of Authenticity and assist with authentication classification.
• Utilize the relic ingestion tool to ingest inventory into Oracle Fusion.
• Follow SOPs to remain within SOX compliance.
• Assist with daily cycle counts and year-end counts.
• Log inventory returns and manage cost transfers.
• Collaborate with other departments to align priorities.
