ABCorp in Boston, MA is seeking a Vault and Compliance Lead to own the security, accuracy, and audit readiness of the bureau’s secure vault. You will control access to card stock and other secure materials, enforce dual control, and maintain exact reconciliations for PCI readiness and client audits.

This hands-on leadership role supervises the Material Handler/Vault Assistant and works daily with shift supervisors and Bureau Operations leadership to ensure secure production and compliance across

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working under an audited security or quality standard (PCI Card Production, PCI DSS, ISO 9001 or SOC 2).
• Experience leading or coordinating a team.

Responsabilidades

• Vault security and access control with dual-control enforcement.
• Maintain vault access logs and sign-in/out documentation.
• Issue secure card stock to production with chain-of-custody records.
• Reconcile card stock daily by job/shift; investigate variances.
• Perform counts of vault inventory; document results.
• Oversee receiving and inventory system accuracy; client stock reporting.
• Own PCI/compliance readiness and prepare audit evidence and walkthroughs.
• Lead investigations and CAPA for vault discrepancies and audit findings.
• Train staff on vault procedures and maintain training records.
