Job summary

ABCorp is seeking a Vault and Compliance Lead to own the security, accuracy and audit readiness of the bureau’s secure vault. You will control access to card stock and other secure materials, enforce dual control, and maintain precise reconciliation to support PCI Card Production and client audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in secure vault, inventory control, compliance or card/document production.
• Experience under audited security or quality standards (PCI, ISO, SOC2).
• 1+ year leading or coordinating others.
• Excellent counts, reconciliations and documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Vault security and access control for card stock and secure materials.
• Maintain vault access logs, key records and sign-in/out docs.
• Issue secure stock by job/shift with full chain of custody.
• Daily/shift reconciliation of stock; resolve variances same day.
• Prepare for PCI/client audits and serve as vault contact during audits.
• Train staff on vault procedures and dual-control rules.
• Oversee inventory receiving and client stock reporting.
• Lead investigations and CAPA for vault discrepancies.
