Job summary

ABCorp is seeking a Material Handler/Vault Assistant to ensure production materials are received, stored and tracked accurately. The role supports the vault team with dual-control issuing, counts and secure destruction. Training is provided for secure processes and strict procedures.

The successful candidate will handle card stock, envelopes and other materials, perform cycle counts, maintain inventory integrity and comply with PCI security requirements in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1+ year in material handling, warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or production.
• Accurate counting and neat, complete paperwork.
• Basic computer skills, including scanners and inventory or warehouse systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for a full shift.
• Reliable attendance and strict adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count and store card stock and production materials.
• Stage materials by job and shift to ensure smooth production.
• Record receipts, transfers and usage in the inventory system using scanners.
• Perform cycle counts and report variances to Vault/Compliance Lead.
• Maintain organized, FIFO-labeled storage areas.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and forklifts when certified.
