You will coordinate with Branch Manager and other departments, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and ensure accurate balancing of vaults and timely reporting. Requires 3+ years in vault/cash processing and strong analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a vault, cash, or coin processing environment.
• Excellent analytical and math skills and accuracy are essential.
• Must possess solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and banking database systems is required.
• Familiarity with computerized timekeeping systems and cash processing equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to work extended hours, some Saturdays, and some holidays.

• Oversee and coordinate route and dispatch function.
• Control the costs of operations.
• Ensure safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training and enforcement of policies.
• Ensure security of cargo and terminal through training and enforcement of policies.
• Investigate accidents and process required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among all operations staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints.
• Coordinate with sales, other branches, District and corporate staff, other carriers, and vendors.
• Control overtime hours and monitor vacation schedules; maintain efficiency of operations.
• Plan short and long range operations to meet branch goals.
• Communicate with employees to resolve issues and complaints.
