Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Brand Protection Supervisor for the PSA Vault in Delaware. You will lead the Vault authentication team, enforce QA standards, and serve as the primary liaison between the Vault and Brand Protection leadership.

This on-site role reports to the Senior Brand Protection Manager and requires five days onsite in New Castle, DE. The position emphasizes coaching, training, and process adherence to ensure accurate authentication and timely operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly communicate complex information to varied audiences, from on-boarding staff to leadership.
• Strong training and coaching instincts; tailor instruction to different skill levels.
• High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset under volume pressure.
• Ability to work within structured processes while applying sound judgment in edge cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain records and concise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Vault authentication team across both shifts, maintaining SOPs and quality ahead of throughput.
• Deliver regular feedback and coaching to support performance and skill development.
• Monitor authentication accuracy and act when PSA standards are not met.
• Audit team output to ensure accuracy and operational performance.
• Adjust staffing to support peak periods and ensure tools/workspace are adequate.
• Onboard and certify new authenticators; conduct training and daily briefings.
• Serve as liaison to Brand Protection; escalate risks and issues to leadership.
