Job summary

Dublin AC in Dublin, OH seeks a hospitality team member to assist servers and ensure quality food and beverage service per hotel standards. You will maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment, and stock wares and supplies for service.

Sunday availability is essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Prior guest relations or training helps, and strong communication with guests, management and co-workers is valued to enhance the guest experience in our local area.

Qualifications

• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.

• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
