Job summary

AC Hotel Columbus Dublin, part of Shaner Hotels, is seeking a guest-focused Food & Beverage Server to join our team. Located in Dublin, OH, the property offers modern spaces, rooftop dining at VASO, and a commitment to service excellence.

You will help deliver warm, efficient service that supports memorable guest experiences. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and adherence to safety and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
• Ensure communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
