Job summary

Dublin AC is seeking a Bar Back to support our bartenders in delivering courteous, efficient service to guests. You will keep the bar and adjacent areas clean and stocked, and assist in delivering food from the kitchen when needed.

Requirements include at least one year in Restaurant or F&B, ability to communicate with guests and staff, a high school diploma, and ServSafe/TIPS certifications are a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus, and Sunday availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Restaurant or Food & Beverage field preferred.
• Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS) a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions relevant to clientele.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Maintains and abides by standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions in the department.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
