Job summary

Dublin AC in Dublin, OH is seeking a restaurant/server team member to take orders, serve beverages and food, and manage payments with courtesy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of public-facing experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and relevant food safety training; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a public-facing role.

• Ability to communicate with guests, management and coworkers clearly.

• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training such as TIPS.

• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve beverages and food according to hotel specifications.
• Collect payments and assist in maintaining the restaurant area and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintain food and beverage safety and quality per hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Communicate with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders, retrieve, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Also assists in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
