Job summary

AC Hotel Columbus Dublin, part of Shaner Hotels, is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to join our vibrant Dublin, Ohio location. Take guest orders, serve beverages and food, collect payments, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

The role requires at least one year in hospitality, a HS diploma, and training in ServSafe and/or TIPS. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected. Join a team dedicated to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.

• Knowledge of local activities and attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables.
• Collect payments and assist in maintaining the restaurant area and equipment.
• Support smooth service and effective communication with guest and team.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
