Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in nursing or health-related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience; supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in New York State (RN). ACLS, BLS and CCRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads nursing practice using the Professional Practice Model and Care Delivery Model for patient experience.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Purposeful Hourly Rounding and role modeling expected behaviors.
• Provides administrative and clinical oversight to ensure staffing, resources and collaboration support organizational goals.
• Supports quality and safety initiatives, monitors nursing documentation, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentors staff, participates in shared governance, and supports professional development.
