Job summary

NYU Langone Health's Faculty Group Practice Office in Manhattan, Surgery-Vascular, is seeking an Office Manager to supervise daily practice operations, staff onboarding, patient interactions, and adherence to policies and procedures.

The office manager will collaborate with physicians and FGP leadership to implement operational initiatives, improve patient access, and ensure HIPAA compliance and performance monitoring across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily practice operations including reception/phones, staffing and provider schedules, and workflows.
• Hires, onboards, trains and manages staff.
• Promotes excellence in patient experience by monitoring feedback and implementing best practices.
• Manages revenue cycle activities including front-end processes and scheduling.
• Coordinates staff meetings and performance reviews; ensures policy adherence.
• Collaborates with physicians and regional leadership to implement operational initiatives.
