Job summary

NYU Langone Health’s Faculty Group Practice seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient access. You will implement business planning, onboard new physicians, ensure HIPAA and compliance, and collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows.

You will drive financial management, coordinate with departments, monitor performance dashboards, and support clinical quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced multi-physician practice.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills; ability to work with physicians, staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversees coordination, integration, communication, implementation and evaluation of practice and clinical operations.
• Optimizes patient flow and access; supports clinical quality initiatives.
• Manages staff engagement, training, and performance; supports revenue cycle and front-end processes.
