Qualifications

• Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Or High School Diploma with a minimum of three years of progressively responsible office support experience.
• Administrative experience in an academic and/or medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for three vascular surgeons, two APPs and one RN.
• Calendar management, travel calendars, conference calendars and leave calendar.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursements, and maintain expense reports.
• Answer phones, triage patient calls, and assist in patient scheduling.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
