Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year educational program or similar experience.
• Associate's degree and four years professional or administrative experience including two years educational program experience or similar.
• High School Diploma or GED with seven years of progressively responsible administrative experience including four years educational program experience or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases and monitor compliance for the Vascular Surgery Residency.
• Oversee resident evaluation process and track attendance at didactics and meetings.
• Coordinate travel approvals and reimbursements; arrange interviews and graduation.
• Provide backup administrative support for the Division of Vascular Surgery.
• Assist with CME events, on-call schedule and division scheduling.
