Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year educational program or similar experience.
• Associate's degree and four years professional or administrative experience, including minimum of two years educational program experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with seven years of progressively responsible admin support experience, including four years in educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Vascular Surgery Residency program, including evaluation processes and attendance tracking.
• Oversee calendars, travel approvals and reimbursements, and prepare event logistics (interviews, graduation, etc.).
• Maintain program databases, records, files and reports; support CME events and on-call scheduling.
