Job summary

Mercy South is hiring an EVOR RN for a full-time role. You will deliver patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants must have an RN license in the hiring state (or compact), with a minimum of six months OR experience and BLS or progression to certification within 30 days. Various unit-specific certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with Mercy Standards.
