Job summary

Mercy South is seeking an EVOR RN to join our full-time team. You will provide direct patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process, coordinate with the surgical team, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained in line with Mercy's mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the hiring state.
• Six months OR experience in OR nursing or relevant setting.
• Basic Life Support certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Uses Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care with the surgical team in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards and organizational mission.
