Job summary

Mercy South is seeking a dedicated EVOR RN on a full-time basis. You will apply the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinating with the surgical team and other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Six months OR experience; proficient in Level I requirements as defined by policy.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• One or more listed certifications may be required depending on position/unit (ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, C-PHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE modules, C-EFM).

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care using Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
