Mercy South is seeking an EVOR RN in a full-time capacity. The nurse will provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process, coordinating with the surgical team and other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications include an RN license in the state or compact licensure, an Associate's/Diploma/BSN, and BLS with 6 months OR experience. Additional certifications may be required based on unit needs.

Qualificações

• RN degree and licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (or within 30 days of hire).
• Six months OR nursing experience preferred.
• One or more unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care with the surgical team in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality; adheres to Mercy Service Standards.
