Job summary

Mercy South is seeking an EVOR RN to deliver comprehensive patient care full-time, leveraging the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. You will coordinate with the surgical team and other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Required qualifications include an RN license in the state or a compact, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Six months OR experience and BLS certification (or within 30 days) are also expected.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing with required degree.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Six months OR experience; proficient in Level I requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification or course completion within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards in daily duties.
