Job summary

Mercy South is seeking an EVOR RN to join our full-time nursing team. This role employs the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate with the surgical team, and protect patient rights and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has an RN license in the state or compact, an associate degree or higher, and at least six months of OR experience, with BLS and possible specialty certifications. Mercy offers strong benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license required in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Six months OR experience.
• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Demonstrate professional accountability and alignment with Mercy Service Standards.
