Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. seeks a Vascular Territory Manager to drive sales of vascular products and elevate customer satisfaction within the assigned territory in the United States.

You will report to the Vice President of Sales and Regional Sales Manager, collaborating to ensure superior service and product usage, while aiming to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales plans. The role requires building relationships with hospitals, labs, physicians, and purchasing personnel, coordinating product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of medical sales experience, 3+ years in medical device sales
• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing hospitals, labs, and customers
• Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers and/or users of Penumbra products
• Secure and renew existing orders by coordinating product availability, delivery dates, and inventory levels
• Maintain communication on programs, promotions, and pricing trends
• Increase account penetration with orders for new and existing line of products and services
• Develop relationships with physicians, lab staff, lab supervisors, and purchasing personnel
• Commit to travel as necessary for position and product line support
• Attend industry trade shows and follow up with leads and orders
