Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. is seeking a Neurovascular Territory Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction across a defined region. You will partner with the VP of Sales and Regional Sales Manager to ensure superb service and effective product use, while meeting quarterly and annual sales plans.

Residents within the Southern California region are preferred; relocation isn’t provided. Expect travel up to 50% and a comprehensive benefits package with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of medical sales experience, 3+ years in medical device sales.
• Sales or marketing background is desirable.
• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with hospitals, labs, and customers.
• Prospect and convert prospective customers to Penumbra.
• Coordinate product availability, delivery dates, and inventory levels.
• Maintain communications on programs, promotions, and pricing trends.
• Travel as necessary for territory and product-line support.
• Attend industry trade shows and follow up with leads.
