Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage routine inquiries and coordinate scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage and greet patients in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Coordinate patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Manage incoming calls and route messages to clinical staff.
• Assist with patient billing forms and Epic documentation.
• Support daily office operations and scheduling-related tasks.
