Mass General Brigham is seeking a Pract ice Assistant II for the MGH West Vascular Center onsite in Massachusetts. You will support front desk operations, manage scheduling and patient communications, and assist with billing and records in a busy vascular surgery setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork with surgeons and clinicians, and development of specialized practice operations knowledge. Onsite, 40 hours/week with a paid benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of office experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of office operations and administrative procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide front desk coverage and create a welcoming patient experience.
• Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling, including check-in/out processes.
• Manage incoming calls and route messages to clinical staff as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for patients, providers, and admin colleagues, ensuring timely communication.
