Job summary

LT Apparel Group is seeking a VAS Coordinator to support customer-specific Value Added Services and Special Services on the operations floor. You’ll manage job instructions, labels, and work packets using Blue Cherry Classic and Blue Cherry Infinity.

The role requires proficiency with label printers, strong organization, and clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate execution of customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and multiple types of label printers.
• Proficiency in Blue Cherry Classic and Blue Cherry Infinity systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work packets, job instructions, and materials for VAS and SS floor operations.
• Ensure labels and other materials are printed accurately using multiple types of label printers.
• Support the execution of customer-specific requirements, including polybagging, folding, labeling, RFID, hanger changes, and other VAS activities.
• Use Blue Cherry Classic and Blue Cherry Infinity to manage SS job instructions.
• Track job progress and provide updates to the SS Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of SS jobs, labels, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales Coordinators, Operations, and Outbound teams to gather customer requirements.
• Escalate discrepancies or delays to the SS Manager.
