Job summary

LT Apparel Group is seeking a VAS Coordinator to support customer-specific Value Added Services (VAS) and Special Services (SS) on the operations floor. You will manage job instructions, labels, and work packets using Blue Cherry Classic and Blue Cherry Infinity to ensure accurate execution.

You will track progress, maintain records, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Outbound teams to meet customer requirements and comply with SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating label printers and basic PC use.
• Proficiency with Blue Cherry Classic and Blue Cherry Infinity systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work packets, job instructions, and materials for VAS and SS floor operations.
• Print labels accurately using multiple label printers.
• Support customer-specific requirements (polybagging, RFID, hanger changes, etc.).
• Track progress and update the SS Manager; maintain SS records.
• Cross-Functional communication with Sales, Operations, and Outbound teams.
