Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a Variety Pack Supervisor to oversee production and drive safety, quality and efficiency on the Night Shift. This role manages production reports, dashboards and inventory, trains Leads/Operators, and coordinates with warehouse teams to meet monthly goals.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $26.00-$28.00, a $750 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures.
• Regular use of computer, writing, and filing required.
• Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills.
• Ability to Problem Solve & Strong Time Management Skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with employees on a daily basis to solve problems and create opportunities for success in achieving Variety Pack Production Monthly and Shift specific Goals.
• Monitor/Review/Coach implementation of daily productivity improvements to ensure corporate goals are met. Conduct training of Production Leads and Operators as well as inventory control procedures and ensure all company policies are being followed.
• Responsible for efficient monitoring and verification of all inventories related to Variety Pack Production both before and upon completion of Production Runs.
• Assist in monitoring FEFO based consumption during Variety Pack Production runs and monitor Statuses and locations of Subcomponents.
• Ensures the highest standards of safety and workplace cleanliness in the Suite D warehouse and Variety Pack Production areas.
• Recommends and initiates personnel actions for Production Leads and Operators, including trainings and annual reviews.
• Assist and work alongside Warehouse Supervisors during shifts and with inventory verifications.
• Attends department meetings and acts as liaison for production/warehouse processes for visits.
• Population and reporting of 24hr Reports; Upkeep of Repack Dashboard and Downtime files.
• Changeover Training for all products/changeovers and training of Leads/Operators/Temps on VP processes.
• VP Inventory Verifications and related tasks; Performs other duties as assigned.
