Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring, MN seeks a Brewing Quality Control Lab Technician for the night shift. This full-time role conducts daily QC tests to ensure the brewhouse consistently produces quality products.

Work 12-hour shifts 5p-5a on a 2-2-3 rotation, perform beer, yeast, water analyses, document results, and report non-conformances. Compensation $21-$23 per hour with a $750 night shift bonus. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory systems preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP regulations.
• 1–3 years in a Quality environment or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality control tests to ensure product quality at all times.
• Conduct beer, yeast, and water analyses and report non-conformances.
• Record data and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Calibrate gauges and laboratory equipment as prescribed.
• Assist with implementation of process improvements and training.
