Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a full-time warehouse professional for day or night shifts in Cold Spring, MN. The role focuses on safe shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods, with a 12-hour rotating schedule and a sign-on bonus.

You will operate equipment per GMP and safety protocols, manage FEFO/FIFO inventory processes, and maintain accurate records. Prior forklift experience and English literacy are required; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Able to read English.
• 1-3 years forklift experience.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
• Experience with GMP/HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in alignment with GMPs and safety protocols.
• Assist in setting up and controlling FEFO/FIFO inventory processes.
• Prepare and handle loads, paperwork, and labels for shipments.
• Train and mentor new hires as directed by Supervisors.
• Ensure correct packaging and accurate counts for daily production.
