This role involves overseeing fleet health, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are ready for service. The position requires travel between several locations during the work week. **Key Responsibilities*** Manage key aspects of variable fleet units, including delivery vehicles.* Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the fleet.* Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.* Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.* Ensure the refueling of returned units.* Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health.* Maintain records of all completed activities.* Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.**Required Qualifications****Education:** A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. **Experience:** A minimum of six months of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 rental or fleet vehicles is required. This includes an understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service. Additionally, 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience is desirable. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.**Other Requirements:** Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Possess a valid Driver’s License, and have a clean driving record. The role requires the ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day and drive between locations.
