Job summary

Everforth Apex in Airway Heights, WA is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage delivery vehicle fleet units, oversee fleet health, coordinate maintenance, and ensure readiness for service. The role involves traveling between locations during the work week and performing inspections.

The position requires MS Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and availability to work some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Six months of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 rental or fleet vehicles; knowledge of repair/maintenance and customer service is required.
2–5 years of customer service or client account management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage key aspects of variable fleet units, including delivery vehicles.
Perform detailed pre- and post-in-service inspections of the fleet.
Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
Ensure refueling of returned units.
Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health.
Maintain records of all completed activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.
