Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage a fleet of delivery vehicles across San Jose and nearby locations. The role involves fleet health, maintenance coordination, and ensuring vehicles are ready for service with travel between sites.

This position requires a hands-on approach to inspections, vendor coordination, and strong client interaction to keep the fleet operating smoothly. Weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 rental or fleet vehicles.
• Understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service.
• 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience is desirable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of variable fleet units, including delivery vehicles.
• Perform detailed pre- and post-in-service inspections of the fleet.
• Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
• Ensure the refueling of returned units.
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health.
• Maintain records of all completed activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.
