Apex Systems is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage delivery vehicle fleet units across Canton, Haverhill, and Plymouth, MA. This onsite role requires travel between locations and a hands-on approach to fleet health and readiness for service.

The ideal candidate brings at least six months of fleet management experience with 50+ vehicles, strong MS Office skills, and a valid driver's license. Some weekend availability may be required in this dynamic IT services environment.

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage delivery vehicle fleet units. This role involves overseeing fleet health, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are ready for service. The position requires travel between several locations during the work week.

Required Qualifications

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: A minimum of six months of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 rental or fleet vehicles is required. This includes an understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service. Additionally, 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience is desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.

Other Requirements: Authorization to work in the US is required. A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are necessary. The role requires the ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day and drive between locations. Availability on some weekends and holidays may be necessary.
