Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage delivery vehicle fleet units and ensure readiness for service. The role includes travel between locations during the work week and hands-on vehicle upkeep.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 6 months of fleet experience with 50+ vehicles, and strong MS Office skills. Some weekend/holiday work may be required. Everforth Apex offers extensive benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 6 months managing a fleet with at least 50 vehicles; includes repair, maintenance, and customer service.
2–5 years of customer service or client account management desirable.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

Manage key aspects of variable fleet units, including delivery vehicles.
Perform detailed pre- and post-in-service inspections of the fleet.
Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
Ensure refueling of returned units.
Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health.
Maintain records of all completed activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.
