You will oversee Outside Sales across multiple midwest states, targeting contractors, engineers and distributors. The role emphasizes solutions selling, relationship building, and participation in product rollouts.

Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 per year with commissions. Travel up to 75% is required to cover the specified regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably within the PVF industry.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to cover KS, MO, IL, WI, MN, ND, SD, Northeast IN (Chicago metro).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with solutions selling to contractors, engineers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Excel at demand generation through demonstrating expertise and solutions selling to achieve targets.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, distributors and industry constituents.
• Select and promote best product solutions for end users.
• Collaborate with distribution-facing sales team to close sales and place products.
• Develop new contractor and project prospects for the pipeline.
• Train key decision makers on new product rollouts.
• Engage with local trade organizations to leverage relationships for demand generation.
• Provide field feedback to product teams about market needs.
• Utilize CRM, Tableau and Dodge reporting to track performance.
