Qualifications

• At least 5 years outside sales experience, preferably within the PVF industry.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent problem solver with polished communication.
• Engaging, professional image and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Excel at demand generation through demonstrating expertise and solutions selling to achieve a sales target.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, distributors and industry constituents.
• Select, demonstrate and promote Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation products for end user applications.
• Work with distribution facing sales team to assure sales closure and incremental product placement.
• Develop new contractor and project prospects for the pipeline.
• Train key decision makers on new product rollouts and ensure buy-in.
• Engage with local trade organizations to leverage contractor relationships.
• Provide market feedback from field to product team via CRM and reporting tools.
