This full-time role offers a base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 per year plus commissions. Travel up to 75% is required; a remote work option is available and compensation reflects education, training, experience, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience (PVF industry preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across territory.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Excel at demand generation through solutions selling to achieve sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, distributors and engineers.
• Select and promote best product solutions for end users and coordinate with distributors to close sales.
• Develop new contractor and project prospects for the company pipeline.
• Train decision makers on product rollouts and leverage HDR tools for market feedback.
