Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking an Assembler I for the 2nd shift in Burbank, CA. The role involves performing assembly of small components under close supervision, following military and FDA standards using visual and written instructions.

A 2:00pm–10:30pm schedule offers a 10% shift differential after training on the first shift. Responsibilities include preparing components, inspecting parts, and testing assemblies.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of small component assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret production or engineering prints and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in reading comprehension and basic English language for work documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks for subassemblies or completed assemblies.
• Prepare, clean, inspect components prior to and during assembly; test finished assemblies.
• Operate equipment (e.g., Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder, X-Ray machines)
• Follow health and safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.
• Participate in 5S, standard work, and CBS initiatives and be willing to work overtime.
