Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is hiring an Assembler - Valves for the 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm). The role involves assembling subassemblies and components for Crane products in a controlled environment with attention to quality and safety.

A second shift differential of 10% applies after training on first shift. The role requires 1–5+ years in small component assembly, ability to read drawings and wiring diagrams, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years in small component assembly in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in reading comprehension of English and basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret production or engineering prints, wiring diagrams and assembly aids.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IPC Soldering Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies or completed assemblies.
• Prepare components, clean, inspect and test assemblies.
• Operate equipment such as Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder and X‑Ray machines.
• Maintain safe work practices and participate in team improvement efforts.
• Cross-train on at least one process within the cell.
