Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking an Assembler for the Valves line on the 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm). You will perform assembly, inspection, and testing of components and subassemblies in a clean, high-volume environment, following military and FDA standards as applicable.

The role requires attention to quality, health and safety adherence, and willingness to work overtime and participate in CBS initiatives. IPC soldering certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work-related documents.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Adequate color vision, near vision, and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks for subassemblies or completed assemblies.
• Prepare, clean, inspect, and test components and finished assemblies.
• Operate equipment and machinery (e.g., Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder, X-Ray).
• Observe safety procedures per OSHA and company policy.
• Cross-train to multiple processes within the cell and participate in continuous improvement.
