Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking an Assembler for the 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) to assemble valves and related assemblies in a controlled environment. You will follow military and FDA standards, using visual, verbal, and written instructions, while ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.

The role offers a 2nd shift with a 10% differential, opportunities to work overtime, and involvement in continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and Standard Work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• IPC Soldering Certification preferred.
• Experience in small component assembly in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies per instructions.
• Prepare components, clean, inspect and test finished assemblies.
• Operate equipment such as Die Attach, Wire Bonder, and X-Ray machines.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and participate in process improvements.
